Peter Kuper

Peter Kuper is a cartoonist and co–art director of Opp Art. His work regularly appears in The New Yorker and The Nation. At Mad he wrote and illustrated “Spy vs. Spy” in every issue after 1997. He is the cofounder of political comix magazine World War 3 Illustrated, and has produced over two dozen books, including The System, Diario de Oaxaca, and Ruins, which won the 2016 Eisner award for best graphic novel. His latest book is an adaptation of Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness.
