Adelaide police are appealing for help catching two 'scruffy', poorly-disguised thieves, who bumbled as they tried to steal a car wash pay machine in front of a security camera. Identical twins Mayla and Sofia,19, decided to undergo a five-hour gender reassignment surgery after they 'never identified as boys' in what their doctor calls a first. The twins underwent the five-hour surgery one day apart at the Transgender Center Brazil, a clinic in the southeastern Brazilian city of Blumenau on 13 and 14 February. 'This is the only reported case in the world' of twins who were presumed to be male at birth undergoing female gender confirmation surgery together, said Dr Jose Carlos Martins, who performed the surgery.

Footage captured by Sara Ferreira, 35, at her home in Caldas Novas, Goiás, Brazil, shows her 11-month-old daughter Laura making her way unaided to the top of a stepladder to look out of the window. During the clip, the infant, wearing a nappy, leans the folded stepladder against the wall and hauls herself onto each step. Laura perches at the very top before looking out of the window and then turning to give her mother a smile. Mrs Ferreira responded to online critics by saying the little girl was not at risk and had already climbed the stepladder twice before she filmed her.

Marion, who founded the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico, died last year at the age of 81..Marion and her husband, John Marion, a former Sotheby's chairman, established the museum in 1997. A Hollywood home once owned by The Wizard of Oz actress Margaret Hamilton has been listed for sale for $2.4 million.  The three bedroom villa - located off the Sunset Strip - was purchased by Hamilton after she played the Wicked Witch of the West in the classic MGM film, which was released in 1939.  Hamilton died in 1985 and its current owners have given the 3,000 square foot pad a plush makeover - but the property still exudes Old Hollywood glamour. 

The animals are hermaphrodites and all have penises which intertwine during mating, allowing the eggs of both individuals to get fertilised. Blue sea dragons are sea slugs known scientifically as Glaucus atlanticus and are white on top and blue on their belly to camouflage in the ocean. Once the eggs have been fertilised via the precarious coital dance, the partners separate and lay their eggs. These eggs are on strings which contain up to 20 each and will be laid on floating pieces of wood, plastic, or anything else that is floating. There is no gestation needed, and hundreds of the eggs can hatch within hours.
