During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been exploring the use of virtual jury trials to enable fair and effective participation.
As far as we are aware, this is the first time that virtual jury trial has been tested anywhere in the world. We have also consulted and briefed on bills and legislation affected by the pandemic.
