my hair has gotten long and heavy over the winter, and i’ve shifted to wearing it in a ponytail or braid as opposed to a bun, which usually then gets tucked into a beanie. some of the kiddos are shocked to realize my hair is quite long, with one student who today said to me:

“wait, you have hair?!”
