Disclaimer: Our kitchen is older than I'd care to admit...
Our side sprayer basically just limps out a spray. What I don't understand is this: If I remove the sprayer head and just have the water streaming from the hose, it comes out as a well-pressurized jet. When I add the sprayer head back without any gaskets, it predictably leaks and has a weak spray when triggered. If I then add one or more gaskets, it stops the leak but still doesn't restore the pressure. The gaskets should have nothing to do with the water pressure because they're not blocking the water stream at all - they go around the hose.
So the problem must be in the sprayer head, right? But we have two sprayer heads and they're both exhibiting the same behavior. I added a picture of the setup below.
Anyone can help or have suggestions?
Hoping someone can help me with this. A leg of my couch fell off. It screw in and it appears like the metal thing it screw into is gone. No die how it happened but it might have gone missing during our last move.
What is that thing called?
Where can I buy one?
Can I use wood glue to replace it?
Thanks in advance

Keep the comments on-topic, you can make jokes, it's fine, just don't go off the rails. Do not market anything here without asking the mods first (spoiler, we're gonna say no), don't be posting links to Amazon.com with affiliate codes in them either. Don't post about things you've already solved or made, /r/DIY is a better place for that.
Further to this goal of providing a service; If someone's comment provides you with a working solution to your issue (or if you just plain figure it out for yourself) post a comment singling out what the solution ultimately was and please flair your post as Fixed. If there is a part number or a model number on something you suspect or know to be at issue definitely include that.
A description of the event(s) or circumstances that lead up to or were present at the time the issue arose.
There are things that are too dangerous for us to handle here. This can include certain electrical jobs, or natural gas plumbing jobs for example. Rule of thumb, if there's any reasonable chance you could get hurt or killed if something went awry you'll probably be directed to find yourself an expert.
