I'm able to buy either at a similar price so I'm trying to decide whether to get the 4 or the 4a. I typically get a new phone about once every 4 years, and it's been 4 since my last one (samsung galaxy s7 32GB, a similar size phone). None of the hardware differences really stand out to me. Anyone have an opinion?

Getting comfortable with online communication is as good a start as any. Being able to ask for help online and make emails is your link to the outside world.
If i like a certain artist i just check if they have any art books, follow their social media, etc.
Then again I don't buy a whole lot of art books.
