Ignoring everything you took the time to write and calculate, Shimenawa Set for my Hu Tao is better than CWoF. My specific build isn't the best, but it's better than the CWoF I used to have. The extra atk% bonus triggered from activating the elemental skill is overwhelming. I just need better crit dmg for her elemental burst to blow me away.

Just get her the shimenawa set. Your damage will be great above 50% HP and it gets better below 50%. Imo, it's a good set for Hu Tao
