Batts kept his plans to move to Florida quiet, secretly filing for divorce and shipping his Porsche to Palm Beach before leaving on a red-eye flight last month. The two met on sugar daddy website Seeking Arrangement, where Uchitel's profile touts herself as having 'high class discretion'. The 45-year-old's profile also contains a gift list that stretches to 48 items, including Prada purses, Dior sunglasses and a $109 bouquet of roses. Since joining in November, she has made at least two 'arrangements' with men she met on the site - one being Batts. Texts sent by Uchitel to a friend show she boasted about corporate lawyer Batts taking over her rent - but worried he was a 'one' in terms of looks. Uchitel went on to talk about how he offered to pay her a monthly allowance. Her other fling was with a Florida businessman that netted her $10,000, flashing an envelope containing $5,000 cash.

A family source has told DailyMail.com that  Mossimo Giannulli is struggling in jail due to his continued solitary confinement. The fashion designer, 57,  is only allowed out of his prison cell three times a week for a brief shower. The source said: 'It's doing huge damage to him mentally and physically. It's wrong to do this to a completely non-violent offender'. Giannulli is serving a five-month prison sentence for his role in the college admissions scheme. Barbara Kogan, 77, was released on parole last month after serving 12 years of a 36-year prison sentence for her part in her husband's death. Kogan pleaded guilty to  manslaughter in the first degree, conspiracy in the second degree and grand larceny in the first degree. She was jailed for hiring a hitman to gun down her estranged husband, George Kogan, 49, outside his girlfriend's NYC apartment in 1990. Larry King filed for divorce from his wife of 22 years Shawn King in August 2019, five months after suffering a stroke. The 87-year-old has agreed to pay her $20,000 in a lump sum, plus $33,000 a month in spousal support. The monthly payment will last at least until the couple's next Los Angeles Superior Court hearing, scheduled for April 29 next year. Ariana Wolk, granddaughter of Rosemary LaBianca, was found murdered in a Denver, Colorado apartment back in July, DailyMail.com can reveal. . Single mom-of-one Ariana, 40, was discovered 'in a pool of blood in her bed' after being stabbed multiple times in the neck. Her grandmother Rosemary LaBianca was killed with her husband Leno in their Los Angeles home in 1969 by Charles Manson and three of his followers. Jose Sandoval-Romero, 24, has been charged with her murder, apparently confessing to the crime when cops caught him four days later. The LaBiancas were first tied up by Manson before being killed by his followers.

Zappos' former CEO Tony Hsieh spent at least $50 million as part of his plan to relocate to the millionaires' playground of Park City, Utah. The 46-year-old died on November 27 following a fire at his girlfriend's home in New London, Connecticut. 'He hadn't finished buying when he died. There were other deals in the works which sadly will never now come off,' one real estate source told DailyMail.com. In an amended complaint filed Monday in New York, four more women have come forward to accuse Ed Henry of sexual misconduct. The complaint names former journalist Roxie Marroquin and Brooke Hammerling who recount their own experiences with Henry. Marroquin claims after a night together in 2015, Henry hired a private investigator to follow her and intimidate her into silence. Hammerling, who owns her own media relations company, claims that Henry made sexual advances toward her almost immediately after they met. Two Jane Does, who both worked at Fox, both agree that 'Henry's reputation was well-known at Fox long before the network gave him the boot'. Henry has sought to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Eckhart and Areu who accused him of rape and sexual misconduct, leading to his firing from the network in July.

The former Empire actor was seen wearing a a mask, a beanie and colorful camouflage jacket with the words 'born to win' and 'freedom here' emblazoned on the front. Smollett had a full cast and crew as he was seen directing the film adaptation of the book B-Boy Blues. This is Smollett's first job since he was accused of staging a racist and homophobic attack on himself in 2019. While B-Boy Blues marks Smollett's feature directing debut, he directed two episodes of Empire back in 2018. B-Boy Blues centers on the complicated relationship between two black men. The 1994 book was believed to be one of the first to explore same-sex love stories within the hip-hop community.

Sources at NBC tell DailyMail.com that Simon Cowell's prime time show America's Got Talent: The Champions is 'not slated' to return in January. The network has blamed the 'challenges' surrounding the coronavirus pandemic but the source insists the show hasn't been 'canceled' just postponed. Cowell reportedly makes $10million for judging the show. 'Unfortunately 2020 is getting worse for Simon. The Champions show was a wonderful deal for him,' the source said. In the past Cowell has showcased a roster of stars including Susan Boyle and Paul Potts to U.S. audiences. Cowell is recovering from breaking his back after he fell from him electric bike at the beginning of August while taking it for a drive in Malibu.

Jeffrey Toobin has been spotted out for the first time in public just one day after it was revealed the New Yorker magazine had suspended him after he was caught masturbating on a work Zoom call.  The 60-year-old, who has written for the New Yorker for 25 years, took his dog out for a walk on Manhattan's Upper West Side on Tuesday at about 6am.  Toobin emerged from his apartment building wearing an orange face mask. It follows the revelations a day earlier that Toobin had exposed himself while on a video call with staffers from the magazine and New York public radio station WNYC last week. Steve Bing owed American Express nearly $100,000 when he committed suicide in June, DailyMail.com has learned. Prior to his death, the 55-year-old had an estimated net worth of $590 million, according to various reports. However, his estate was valued at just $337,000 - although his properties were not included in that evaluation. It comes as his daughter Kira Kerkorian battles a $7 million lawsuit filed against Bing before his death  after she sought to be made an administrator of his estate. Before Kira was made administrator she had to prove she was Bing's biological daughter. The court wanted her to get approval from the sole beneficiary of Bing's estate, which was the Clinton Foundation. Bing is also the father of Damian Hurley, whose mother is British actress Elizabeth Hurley.

Ethan Couch, known as the 'affluenza teen', killed Brian Jennings and three others when he drunkenly smashed his father's truck into an SUV in 2013. Jennings, Breanna Mitchell, 24, and mother and daughter neighbors Hollie and Shelby Boyles were all killed in the incident. Tim Williams (left), who was best friends with Jennings, has now written a book called Affluenza Forgiven about his relationship with Couch. Williams, a chaplain in the court system in Fort Worth, Texas, started visiting Couch weekly in prison and says he finally apologized for the deaths. Williams told DailyMail.com that he is still in contact with Couch, who is now working for his father's sheet metal company. Affluenza Forgiven, published by Emerge Publishing, is available from October 23 -  National Forgiveness Day 2020.

The mother-of-three has kept a low profile in recent years, but still occasionally performs and turns up at events. Phillips is the last surviving member of The Mamas & the Papas. Cass Elliot, also known as Mama Cass, died aged 32 of heart failure in 1974. Her ex-husband John Phillips died of heart failure aged 65 in 2001. Her lover and bandmate Denny Doherty died aged 66 of kidney failure in 2007. Rev. Travis Clark went into hiding after he was arrested for filming a threesome with two dominatrices on his church altar in Pearl River, Louisiana on September 30. Dennetta King, the former wife of Rodney King, told DailyMailTV that police brutality is just as prevalent today as it was almost three decades ago. The 55-year-old said: 'Now they're killing us, then Rodney got beaten'. King was almost beaten to death by four white LAPD officers in 1991 following a high speed car chase while he was drunk. Although the four officers were charged, they all were acquitted of the charges in 1992, sparking deadly riots across LA  in which 55 people were killed. Dennetta said: 'There's violence as a result on the streets because those people think they are not being heard, that their lives don't matter'. She said Rodney, who died in 2012, would also have encouraged people to remain calm if he was still alive. Dennetta spoke as violent protests and widespread looting is expected to continue across Los Angeles for a fifth day  in the wake of George Floyd's death.

According to Kayafas, drugs became all-consuming for Beckett and he became notorious in Snow Mass for the prodigious quantities he took. On several occasions, he allegedly took an eight-ball of cocaine, which is three grams of the drug, every day for five days in a row.

They said: 'He mentioned trouble with the Kardashian sister... and said he's having trouble with his children and he's been taking cocaine and drinking a lot'. Alan, a retired real estate developer, met Carole, 58, online and after two months of dating he moved into her wildlife preserve compound in Tampa, Florida. Allen Glover, 51, was hired by Joe Exotic to kill Carole Baskin in exchange for $3,000 back in 2017. But he told DailyMail.com he hated Joe and never planned to kill Baskin. Glover said: 'I had to make Joe really believe I wanted to kill Carole in order to get the money so I could get out of there and back to South Carolina'. He added: 'My only plan the entire time was to drain every dime I could get from Joe, I hated that guy. Joe's plan would have never worked, even if he had hired a legitimate ''hitman''.s Glover later testified against Joe at trial, where Joe was found sentenced to 22 years in prison for the plot to kill Baskin, as well as numerous animal violations. Former Mrs. Florida Karyn Turk sat down for an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com after being released from prison in Miami after 30 days. Turk, a frequent Mar-a-Lago visitor and conservative commentator, plead guilty last October to stealing her dying mother's social security checks. Turk kept meticulous notes of her ordeal so the public can find out what goes on behind the gates of federal prisons and how their tax dollars go to waste. Turk said not only is there sex between inmates and guards, but there's 'sex between inmates, sometimes four at a time or more in a cell that guards have to break up'. Women made sex toys with Turk explaining: 'One popular type is turkey sausage from the commissary wrapped in the fingers of cut-up plastic gloves'. One of the hardest things, Turk said, was the quality of the food, including the fact some of items were expired for more than a year. Turk said the prison's response to the spread of coronavirus was inadequate and the prison was letting inmates in without making them quarantine.

Several zoo employees were arrested for DUIs, assault, unlawful possession of firearms and fraud. Joe's former husband John Finlay (top right) was arrested in 2014 for domestic assault and battery when he reportedly attacked Joe, though he was never charged. Months later in October 2014, Finlay filed a protective order against Joe, but it was dismissed because the court found he failed to meet the burden of proof. Current zoo owner Jeff Lowe (bottom left) pleaded guilty to mail fraud in 2008, for posing as an employee of an abuse organization to obtain more than $1m worth of goods. Joe's former campaign manager Joshua Dial was arrested multiple times for DUIs and for felony assault and battery for slashing someone with a sword in 2017. Kelci 'Saff' Saffery (bottom right) has been arrested at least eight times according, for a DUI, carrying weapons and obtaining goods by bogus check/false pretense. 'Hitman' Frank Allen Glover (top left) has been arrested at least 20 times, including for having an open container in his vehicle, a DUI, domestic violence, possession of less than one gram of crack.

The 37-year-old is in full agreement with the difficult decision to postpone the movie, versus releasing the film digitally on schedule, because she doesn't think a streamed version would do the project justice. 

Joe Exotic's former business partner Jeff Lowe (top right) made disturbing allegations against him to DailyMailTV. He said: 'In just the few years that we knew him, we witnessed so many horrendous things that he did to people and businesses'. Lowe claims Joe lied about his HIV status in order to manipulate him into investing in Greater Wynnewood Exotic Zoo in Oklahoma, which he now owns. He said: 'Joe would use anything to try to take advantage of someone, one minute he was dying of AIDS and then he'd tell another person he was suffering from cancer all in order to gain some sort of benefit'. Lowe claims there could be two human bodies buried on the zoo's property. He also alleges Joe and his husband John Finlay would wear lingerie (bottom right) and cut holes into stuffed animals to use them as sex toys (inset). Lowe claims Joe was embezzling from the both the zoo and his parents, and using the money to pay male prostitutes he would meet on Craigslist. Joe is currently sentenced to 22 years in prison for 17 counts of animal cruelty and for conspiring to murder his arch nemesis Carole Baskin.

Season 12 of The Real Housewives of New York premiered without controversial former cast member Bethenny Frankel and she called the show uninspiring during these times and bashed its ratings. Dr. Dongcheng Wu, who runs a lab in Wuhan - ground zero of the coronavirus pandemic - claims he has discovered a treatment for the deadly virus. Dr. Wu, an expert in controversial stem cell therapy, said he has successfully treated nine patients who were hospitalized with novel coronavirus pneumonia. The patients, mostly elderly, had developed serious breathing issues as well as overwhelming inflammation in their lungs. Stem cells, often dubbed the building blocks of life, are cells that have the ability to develop into different cell types and can also help repair damaged tissue. They are taken from adult tissue such as bone marrow or the umbilical cord. The stem cells were injected directly into all nine patients' veins and they all reportedly made a complete recovery within days of receiving the treatment. Ilhan Omar told friends years ago that the man who went on to become her second husband was in fact her brother, DailyMail.com can confirm. Abdihakim Osman (inset with Omar) is the first person to go on record to speak of how Omar said she wanted to get her brother papers so he could stay in the United States. It has long been rumored that Omar and Ahmed Elmi (right) are siblings, but because of a lack of paperwork in war-torn Somalia, positive proof has never been uncovered. Osman said: 'She said she needed to get papers for her brother to go to school. We all thought she was just getting papers to allow him to stay in this country'. Omar was married to her second husband Elmi in 2009 by a Christian minister - although she is Muslim. She was first married Ahmed Hirsi (together left) in 2002 in a Muslim ceremony, before they split in 2008 - but she later had another child with Hirsi while legally wed to Elmi. Osman said: 'When [Hirsi] and Ilhan got married, a lot of people were invited. It was a big Islamic wedding uniting two large clans in the community'. He added: 'When she married Elmi, no one even knew about it... No one knew there had been a wedding until the media turned up the certificate years later'.

Frank Gifford, a sportscaster and former NFL player, died of natural causes at the age of 84. The 66-year-old admitted she's dating a new man in her new hometown of Nashville, Tennessee but remained coy on his identity. DailyMailTV revealed over the summer she was seen smooching Randy Cronk, 56, but Gifford wouldn't confirm their relationship. She said: 'I am dating a very sweet guy. I told him how blessed I am.' Kobe Bryant's car was pictured sitting at Atlantic Aviation, the private jet terminal at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California last Sunday. The photos were snapped just hours after the NBA legend, his daughter Gianna and seven others died in a helicopter crash on January 26. The 41-year-old's car was lined up next to four other luxury vehicles, which belonged to the other passengers who died in the crash. Although the cars were high-end, including two Range Rovers, a Tesla, Mercedes and BMW, they were clearly family cars with parking passes, membership decals, and loose paper and coffee cups inside the cars. The photos emerged after the world mourned the loss of Bryant over the past week, most recently at Sunday's Super Bowl.

Las Vegas killer Stephen Paddock was cheating on his longtime Filipino girlfriend Marilou Danley for years, DailyMailTV can reveal. Paddock sent his mistress chilling texts before he opened fire from his window at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, killing 58 people in October 2017. The gunman, 64, regularly met the 29-year-old single mother, who does not wish to be identified, for sex for four years. She tells DailyMailTV that she got freaked out by Paddock's increasingly erratic behavior and thought he was becoming manic. He met the then-23-year-old in Miami in 2013 and again in Los Angeles in 2016 before she became alarmed by his messages and behavior. 'Looking back now knowing what I know the signs were there and I overlooked them and I feel absolutely horrific,' she said.

Meghan Markle has the 'full support' of her mother Doria Ragland, as she and Prince Harry quit as senior royals, a friend exclusively told DailyMail.com. Ragland has been 'really worried about Meghan... and is relieved that her daughter is putting her mental health and well being first.' Meghan, 38, admitted to struggling after the birth of the couple's son Archie. She said in an interview that aired in October: 'Not many people have asked if I'm okay. It's a very real thing to be going through behind the scenes.' The friend explained Meghan was 'miserable in the UK' and 'wasn't sleeping well and started having anxiety attacks about her future.' They also said Meghan has no 'intention' to return to the UK to live permanently, saying: 'She doesn't want to raise Archie there and she doesn't want to schlep back and forth.' Prince Harry is set to follow Meghan across the Atlantic later this week with no clue of when he will be returning. Now across the pond, the friend said of Meghan: 'This was her plan all along, to eventually leave the UK and build her own empire with Harry'.

Jeffrey Epstein's prison confidant Bill Mersey has broken his silence to DailyMailTV about the pedophile's weeks at the Metropolitan Correctional Center over the summer. Mersey, 69, served as an 'inmate companion' for prisoners on suicide watch and spent dozens of hours having one-on-one conversations with Epstein. He said Epstein's biggest worry was his safety in prison and was always asking how to handle fellow inmates, even asking if he needed a black inmate to protect him. Mersey said: 'He told me that when he grew up in Coney Island, he'd been bullied by black guys throughout his youth and he was just really scared of prison'. Epstein divulged Donald Trump joked he'd be considered white trash if he wasn't rich and recalled a lewd joke Bill Clinton made about an Asian woman. He said Epstein took laxatives which he presumed came about due to his age and the prison diet, heavy in potatoes, rice and beans. Mersey said: 'The last time I saw him, he was eating his dinner sitting on the floor, with his food between his legs. I thought that's a long way down from a $77 million mansion to eating prison food sitting on a stone floor.' Mersey believes Epstein committed suicide, claiming another inmate heard the sound of 'ripping sheets' from his cell on the night he died in August.

Juice Wrld's ex-girlfriend Alexia Smith detailed to DailyMail.com how he would take up to three Percocet pills a day and would mix drugs with lean. Juice Wrld, real name Jarad Higgins, had a fatal 'opioid overdose' after taking 'several Percocet pills' to hide them from cops, in Chicago on Sunday. Smith said she witnessed the rapper's heavy drug use daily while they dated for nearly a year in 2018, and describes how he struggled with his mental health. She provided images posted to Higgins' secret Instagram account, showing how he often posted about being depressed and used vices to help him get by. Smith said she tried to help Higgins get clean but during his withdrawals, their arguments turned violent. She said: 'It was both ways, but he definitely picked me off the ground slamming me into the wall and squeezing me so tight that I had bruises all over my arms.' Eventually Smith had to walk away, but said he ended up relapsing and was in the hospital a week later after their breakup. She said: 'Seven days away from me, he ended up in the hospital. One year away from me, and he's dead.'

Patrick Frazee beat his fiancee Kelsey Berreth to death last Thanksgiving and was convicted of the murder last week. Video obtained by DailyMail.com  shows his ex-girlfriend Krystak Lee Kenney walking investigators through the Frazee ranch in Florissant, Colorado.They believe Frazee disposed of Berreth's body after bludgeoning her to death. In shocking footage seen here for the first time, Kenney can be heard telling investigators that Frazee's own mother, Sheila, 65, stepped out onto the deck of the home she and her son shared while he set about incinerating Berreth's body. 'I could just see her step out between the two trees, there's the wire dog kennel, straight past that, she came out, stood there and then turned and went back into the house,' she told investigators. Mrs. Frazee pleaded the Fifth rather than testify against her son at trial. DailyMail.com understands there are currently no plans to bring further charges in relation to the killing.

According to White, Hubbard's will was changed the day before his death and 'moved a lot of money from the family onto the Church'. He says he ultimately lost faith in the church but gained the freedom to live his truth as a gay man.

VH1 executives confirmed to DailyMail.com on Monday that Emma Coronel Aispuro will be joining the show's second season, making her debut in an episode airing November 18. The confirmation came a week after Aispuro and cast member Michael Blanco, the youngest son of 'Cocaine Godmother' Griselda Blanco, met on a yacht in Miami. The meeting is featured in an exclusive promo from Aispuro's first episode on the show, which is set to air on November 18. Cartel Crew depicts the lives of eight reality stars with deep family ties to the drug world as they work to make a name for themselves outside crime. Aispuro certainly fits the bill, having been married to notorious Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman since 2007.
