Պետությունը հանքերին «համալիր ուսումնասիրեց», տերերին չփորձեց գտնել
«Համալիր ուսումնասիրություն» բառակապակցությունը, սակայն, բավական ճոխ է ասված այդ փաստաթղթի մասին՝ առնվազն մետաղական հանքերի ուսումնասիրության մասով։ Մի շարք բաց աղբյուրների (ԱՃԹՆ, Վիճակագրական կոմիտե, ՊԵԿ, իրավաբանական անձանց ռեգիստր) բազմաթիվ տվյալներ ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն մի տեղ է հավաքել, ներկայացրել, թե Հայաստանում ինչ մետաղներ են արդյունահանում, ներկայացրել աճ և նվազում ցույց տվող որոշ ինֆոգրաֆիկաներ, թվարկել, թե որ հանքավայրում ինչ մետաղ կա և վերջ։

Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան համագործակցությունը և՛ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի է, և՛ Ռուսաստանի
Օրբելի կենտրոնի և Ադրբեջանի հարցերով զբաղվող փորձագետ Տարոն Հովհաննիսյանը ՍիվիլՆեթի Թաթուլ Հակոբյանի հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան համագործակցությունը, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական, և՛ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի է, և՛ Ռուսաստանի: Առաջիկա շաբաթներին Կարսում սպասվում են թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժություններ: Հովհաննիսյանը սա աննախադեպ չի համարում, քանի որ նախկինում էլ են եղել նման զորավարժություններ: Մյուս կողմից, ըստ նրա, տարածաշրջանում կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակման և տնտեսական հնարավոր գործակցության ֆոնին այդ զորավարժությունները ավելի շատ սադրիչ քայլ և ուժի ցուցադրություն են ընկալվում:

No Agreement Regarding Transport Corridors, Says Armenia’s Deputy Prime-Minister

Lavrov: It is not the best time to raise the issue of the status of Karabakh
"At the trilateral meeting held in Moscow on January 11, this issue was discussed for quite a long time. Initially, the following task was set in this issue, that the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides would draw up lists of missing persons whom they want to bring out of captivity. Azerbaijan submitted such a list, the number was insignificant. All of them were returned. After that, the Azerbaijani side did not submit lists of missing persons, prisoners of war or other persons,” Lavrov said, adding that the Armenian side submitted these lists ''not all at once and not in full.”

After the Karabakh war, Baku and Ankara make claims to Iranian territory
There seem to have been two losers in the war that unfolded in Karabakh from September 27 to November 9, 2020. The first one is Armenia, of course; all eyes have been focused upon it, as it suffered a crushing military defeat. However, a second loser is now emerging in the background. This is Iran, which is now being threatened with territorial dismemberment by the winning tandem that emerged after the war.

What I saw at Yerablour Yesterday: Honor and Damnation
We honored the dead yesterday, as hundreds of thousands of marched up the terrible hill to honor our heroes. The scenes of that day will be forever etched into my mind. It was hard not to be overcome by unsettling feelings of pride, shame, anger and solidarity all together combined in one package.What we honored were the following:
The crying mothers and stoic fathers at the head of each gravestone, both so strong yet so vulnerable.
The 19-year-old fallen hero whose family had placed a second, slightly older, photo on his gravestone, and how he looked very much like my 14-year-old. This crushed me more than anything else yesterday.

A Look at the Military Lessons of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict
On Nov. 9, an armistice was signed to end the fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The conflict was relatively short lived, lasting from Sept. 27 to Nov. 9, but it proved to be an intense inter-state conflict fought by two heavily armed opponents. Both sides employed advanced military technology, with Azerbaijan proving the decisive victor in the war. The implications of the conflict continue to reverberate well outside the region given its potential significance for regional and great powers alike, while further spurring debates on the character of modern warfare.

Nikol Pashinyan: An Elected Catastrophe
Nikol Pashinyan is a catastrophe that was elected by 70% of Armenia’s population.It is painful and dangerous especially when those who elected the prime minister - the parliamentary Civil Contract Party and the My Step majority faction - do not recognize this. They continue to live in the "Velvet Armenia" of 2018. But that Armenia no longer exists. They continue to admire and be inspired by a version of Pashinyan that doesn't exist.
Pashinyan is not Transcaucasia's first disaster.
In the early 1990s, Georgia and Azerbaijan had their own philosophically driven leaders - Zviad Gamsakhurdia and Abulfaz Elchibey, respectively - and both brought forth disasters to their countries. Both were elected by the people, just like Pashinyan.
