(Spoilers!!) There seems to be a theme where all the humans that are evil and abusive are overweight, such as Todd Williams and the man who was killed by his android. While this could probably make someone with Body Dysmorphia uncomfortable (it sure does make me uncomfortable), there is not any characters with the disorder.

One character's backstory has strong parallels with dysphoria, but this backstory (found in diaries) is completely optional to read.

There are mentioned but no pictured descriptions of the characters’ bodies changing. On more than one occasion, they describe their skin shifting and being like liquid, and one woman says she can see her fingerprints change.

While it’s never explicitly labeled as such in game, one of the characters speaks extremely negatively about her appearance. The DM (who has body dysmorphia himself) has referred to it as such out of game.
