Lots of dead rabbits

There are no dogs in the movie, Neither tethered nor actual dogs. There are a lot of bunnies who are all over the ground, but do not die onscreen.

Spoiler: It is mentioned that The Tetherds lives off raw rabbit flesh. Lots and lots of live rabbits are shown underground, both caged and roaming free. There is a brief shot where a girl walks past an eating room. You can see people eating raw meat, you can see live rabbits hopping on the dinner tables, and you can hear screams. No rabbit is shown being killed on screen, and no rabbit bodies are shown, but the screams, while quick, are a little disturbing.

Rabbits are eaten and are cloned.

There are no horses.

There are no cats.

A spider is shown crawling across a table, it is very brief and the spider is small.

There is only one scene with a spider, and it is brief.

A minor character is always drinking in an unhappy marriage, but it's played for laughs and she is not shown drunk.

The primary weapon of the movie is shears, they are used commonly, and the viscera of their sound and appearance is emphasized.

All of the teatherd are torturing their counterpart

No head is squashed at any point but a character is beaten to death off-screen via repeated blows to her head.

But there is a scene where eye mutilation is threatened/implied.

Gabe’s tethered, Abraham, breaks Gabe’s leg

Red and Abraham (antagonists of the film) both die at the hands of the Wilsons. Josh and Kitty also die, as well as their tethered counterparts (Tex and Dahlia). All deaths (except Tex’s) are shown onscreen, although Kitty’s and Red’s deaths are particularly graphic.

Dragged away while fighting, choked and wake up handcuffed, it generally shows the kidnapping happening

All four child/teen tethereds featured die along with two human teenagers.

No one cheats on a loved one in this movie.

No, but when the main characters' shadows are standing completely still for a long time outside their counterparts' house, the effect is reminiscent of that of the typical "ghost standing still and looking at you in a creepy, menacing way" horror scene. At least that's how it felt to me (I'm super scared of ghosts, and that scene creeped me out big time in exactly the same way).

Some characters can somewhat control the movements of others

Screams; wet rattling due to a cut throat; sounds of stabbing and fatal head bashing.

2 parents take their child to a therapist at the beginning, but she's not being held there or anything.

not a hospital, but there is a scene near the beginning where they're in a therapist's office, and a scene near the end where they're in an ambulance.

Not necessarily deliberately, but a character expresses fears and it is attempted to be explained away in such a way that it feels like gaslighting

Female characters have a brief discussion of botox treatment and one of them clearly has self-image issues. Later, a tethered uses a scissors to cut herself roughly where botox would be injected after peering closely at another character's face.

More like terror for very good reasons.

A couple of scenes take place in a tiny closet where the door locks characters in. The focus is not on the claustrophobia, but it may trigger those feelings.

The n-word is in the lyrics of a song that plays during the movie. The song is by N.W.A., and as such, the lyric is rapped by a black man. The n-word is otherwise not used in the film and none of the characters say it.

It’s a very ambiguous ending not strictly happy or sad
