There is a graphic and disturbing hate crime against a gay couple in the opening scene. They both suffer and one is brutally beaten before being killed.

The character's pansexuality and gender fluidity are not addressed in the movies (comics only), but they are still extremely queer-coded

I can think of at least 3 LGBT characters who are killed in the show. All of their deaths are graphic, which is in keeping with the graphic nature of the show.

Rose Quartz was strongly implied to be bisexual and dies permanently before the events of the show, and her girlfriend Pearl grieves her, but it should be noted many characters are LGBT and continue to survive and be happy in love.

Avoidable. In one sequence, the player character may confront and fight two women in a romantic relationship and can choose to kill or spare them. If the player kills only one of the women, her partner commits suicide in front of the player out of despair.

Depending on your final decision, yes. Another character that was implied to be LGBT+ in the main game [and more or less confirmed to be in the prequel game depending on how you play it] has died by the time that the main story has started.

[Spoiler] It's quite true that LGBT characters die, but the rundown of precise identities by the previous commenter is somewhat misleading, making it seem like all of these queer characters are potentially progressive, positive representation suffering only from a case of Bury Your Gays. Hanamura Teruteru is a jokey horndog character of the would do anything with a hole and also probably anything without one" type, a fairly tired stereotype of bi/pan people. Mikan Tsumiki's a very fetish-y character aimed at a specific straight male playerbase, and her f/f scenes (mostly in the DR3 anime) are blatantly intended as fanservice for that audience. Mikan fanservice scenes can be extremely uncomfortable, especially for female/female-aligned viewers, although this is very much a YMMV matter and there's no category for "creepy alienating male gaze" on this site.

Angel dies of AIDS

The character Magne, a trans women, is killed in a violent way. The villain Overhaul uses his quirk on her, which makes her explode in a bloody way.

There are multiple LGBT characters who *can* die but they all survive in a pacifist playthrough.

Deadpool dies, but he comes back. So, yes and no.

There are many LGBT patients, some of them die but not all of them or even close to all of them and it doesn't come off as bury your gays. LGBT characters are otherwise treated very well.

This is the first movie. No gay characters die in the first movie.

Pollution, one of the four horsepersons of the apocalypse is referred to with they/them pronouns numerous times and has been confirmed to be nonbinary by Neil Gaiman on Twitter. They are destroyed in the end along with the others. Furthermore, Ligur and a small unnamed demon are killed/melted by holy water rather horrifically. They are both known to be nonbinary since Neil has tweeted that all the angels and demons of Good Omens are nonbinary.
