kinda funny how you don't answer any of the asks that you can't twist to make you look better, huh? kinda funny how you deleted all of the posts that you can't pretend make you look good, huh? kinda funny how you're doing all this but you can't say sorry, huh? kinda funny how can't listen to all the people hurt by this and apologize and take the advice from all of the people that are trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and trying to explain it to you, huh? might be, but I'm not laughing.

first off, most of the asks i got relating to this topic were either people just going “i dont like you” (which, why would i bother to answer that), or people asking the same questions that ive already answered. secondly i deleted most of the posts because i *know* theyre gonna get taken out of context and twisted, and now whats left is the bare bones of what i think, which hopefully will lessen any future miscommunication.

xeno-aligned:

last post on this, im just clarifying:

i think acespec and arospec are included under aspec, and that aspec stands for asexual spectrum, and in this case “asexual spectrum” means a-oriented spectrum, which of course includes aromantic.

ok goodnight!

one more time, to make it perfectly clear:

aspec - includes acespec & arospec

aspec - a- oriented spectrum, also called, as an umbrella/broad term, the asexual spectrum, in which case ‘asexual’ means ‘a- orientation’, which includes aromantic

which does not mean aromantics are asexual! it simply means aromantic is included under the aspec label!

Although I respect where your coming from and that it's factually correct, as an alloaro w experience of being erased in aspec spaces by having asexuality / asexual terminology forced upon me, it's kind of personally uncomfortable to use the term asexual spectrum? I'm going to block your discourse tag on it, but could you tag it as something else as well? (Perfectly okay if you won't!)

what would you like me to tag it as?

edit: ive tagged all related posts as “discourse tw”
