Q:Nonbinary soon going to be 18. I want to go on estrogen but haven't found any resources that really detail the physical/mental/emotional changes. Are there any really good links?

I don’t think so…but only because it’s different for literally everyone. It depends on how your other puberty went, how stable your life is at the moment, a whole host of things.
But honestly, just estrogen + anti-andro likely won’t cause much? I’ve heard some reports of folks getting more sensitive to stress on E, but the kind of emotional changes that you might mean, like ones from PMS, aren’t very common, especially if you’re not on any progestins / progesterone (since that’s the main cause of PMS symptoms w/r/t folks who menstruate - not estrogen!). Mostly what I hear is that it’s…calming.
But! You asked about physical, too, and I can certainly provide. :)
- Transgender Care (somewhat medical, uses “male-to-female” in a few parts)
- Hormones: A Guide for MTFs (again, uses “MtF” language; pdf format; probably a favorite of mine)
- A personal experience (talks about dosages which are not gonna be your dosages probably; pdf format)
- Feminising Hormones (kinda medical; pdf format; rather long and detailed)
Hopefully that helps!!
