This is basically what my physical therapist had me do for my back problems last year and it helped with the pain so much! Also walk for at least thirty minutes a day, even if it’s just in small chunks throughout the day.

A helpful addition:
If your partner restricts your access to apps/contacts, time outside the house (giving you a strict curfew and/or setting your activities on a timer and punishing you if you’re late at all), preventing access to seeing your friends or family (in person), or your own bank account

If you’re safely able to leave, then please don’t ignore the red flags, keep yourself safe before it’s too late
Also, abuse is never your fault; it’s common for victims to feel denial that they’re being abused even if they know something’s wrong- trust your instincts! (but also don’t put yourself at fault for ignoring instinct/red flags- abusers tend to be clever with how they continue their cycle to trap victims)
