if you use multiple pronouns rb and put in the tags if you prefer it when people choose a set of pronouns and stick to it (e.g. using only he to refer to someone who uses both he & she) or alternate them (and if so, how frequently? every usage? every sentence? every paragraph?)

(via pierz)

i like when people use the pronouns I feel most comfortable with at that moment for example sometimes I feel more comfortable with star/stars other times it's cat/cats I personally don't like when people use tons of different pronouns while referring to me in the same sentence or paragraph so if you're gonna alter them do it with paragraph to paragraph or convo to convo

I have a very sweet group of 13-14ish year old girls following me so I just wanted to say a few words about safety and grooming really quickly because I’ve been (hopefully needlessly) stressed about this and it’s sometimes more subtle than like. Asking for nudes

• Adults you meet online should not be talking to you about sex. Full stop. This includes smut, their sex life, your sex life, and “educating” you about sex. If an adult is talking to you about sex in ANY context, BLOCK THEM. Once again, THIS INCLUDES FANDOM SHIT. That is still inappropriate.

If you’re curious about sex, which is Totally normal, you can ask a trusted adult or mentor figure you know IN REAL LIFE, and if you don’t have one, there are lots of very straightforward and strictly educational resources at Planned Parenthood’s website and

• As much as I value younger girls as people (this is not a dig at y’all ❤️), it is weird to be an adult and be CLOSE friends with a young teenager. Even if you don’t perceive your interactions as inappropriate, it’s weird.

This is not because you’re not interesting or fun, but because adults really have nothing in common emotionally with eighth graders, and ALL of us know that. Every single one of us. An adult has nothing to gain from confiding in a person in a middle school. If a grown man or woman is telling you their deepest, darkest secrets, messaging you about their problems on a regular basis, or asking you to confide in them, that is a red flag. Block them.

• If an adult is complimenting you on your appearance in any way that you would not compliment an 8-year-old, BLOCK THEM. It’s completely not appropriate for an adult to tell you that you look hot, your makeup is sexy, etc. That’s fucking weird.

• If they talk about how mature you are for your age, BLOCK THEM. You might very well be mature for your age, but you’re not mature enough to change the fact that you’re in a completely different life stage than a grown adult.

(This applies to the 12-14 crowd—not telling you to block your 18 y/o friends if you’re 16 haha)

Here’s something we worked hard with. This is our first ever background. And this also shows a part of the story and what’s going to happen

FOLLOW THIS AU PLEASE THE CREATORS ARE REALLY COOL PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE SOME REALLY COOL ART

sketched-ink asked:

What drawing program do you use for digital art?

HI I KNOW ITS BEEN A WHILE BUT I FINALLY CHECKED MY INBOX AND DECIDED TO ANSWER SOME

So I used to use ibisPaintX for my art, but I’ve switched to ProCreate. ibis is free, but there are some brushes that you have to buy or watch ads for. ProCreate, on the other hand, is a one time payment of $10 (I think- my memory is kinda messed up), and has a lot of cool brushes that you can download from other people, or you can make yourself! It also has an animation feature.

ibis is fairly simple, especially for a beginner (although it took me a while to figure out). ProCreate is often used by more skilled artists. Both are great apps to work with!

What are neopronouns?

Neopronouns are pronouns that were created fairly recently, although there are lots that were created over 200 years ago! They are different from the regular she/her, he/him, or they/them. They can be used to express people’s interests, identities, or just simply make people feel more comfortable with themselves.

Why do people use them?

For the most part, neopronouns are used my neuro-divergent people, most commonly autistic. This is because people with autism have a different understanding of gender. Sometimes he, she, or they just doesn’t feel 100% correct.

Another reason people use them is because they are otherkin. Otherkin is an identity in which someone believes they are physically, emotionally, or mentally part non-human. They commonly describe it as “[a species] born in a human body.” They may identify partially as animals or mystical species.

Why is it considered transphobic or ablist to not like these pronouns?

As I said before, neopronouns are mainly used my ND people because of a different understanding of gender. If you don’t respect how and why they view the world differently than you, that is considered ablist. And misgendering someone will always be transphobic. Don’t misgender people.

Do you have to be trans or nuero-divergent to use neopronouns?

No! Pronouns don’t necessarily equate to gender. They’re just the words that someone uses to express themselves in grammatical situations. For example, hesbians. They use he/him pronouns, but still identify as female. Or how some enbies use binary pronouns. Just because they identify as non-binary doesn’t take away their rights to use she/her or he/him.

As for being nuero-divergent, again, this is also a no. You don’t have to be ND to use these pronouns. They’re used as expression, not whether your brain is of the typical human being or not. You don’t HAVE to use these pronouns if your ND either! It’s up to you.

What if I don’t like their pronouns?

Again:

✨don’t misgender people✨

But they’re made up.

So are she/her, he/him, and they/them. They’re all made up. Nobody told us “HEY! YOU HAVE TO USE THESE PRONOUNS FOR GIRLS AND THESE PRONOUNS FOR BOYS!!”, we made them ourselves.

all pronouns are made up lol neo pronouns neopronouns pronouns education lgbtq lgbt neurodivergent
