Ok, I actually do have a solid plan for this because I’ve used this strategy multiple times.
Introduce yourself to your BOSS only as “(Deadname), but please call me (Name).” then when any sort of pronoun or title (Mr, Miss, etc) comes up, correct them.THEY will be the one introducing you to your coworkers, people will follow their lead.

Hey, the thing about that is that eventually it IS gonna be okay. Those people, they just don’t know, okay? Like literally being non-binary or androgynous, agender, whichever, being OFF of the masculine/feminine binary, a lot of people just don’t get it right now. And a lot of people don’t realize this, but transitioning has a lot to do with the support of people around you, whether they know they’re supporting you or not. Once, only 2 people knew who I was and used my pronouns, now everyone who was my friend is on board, even some people who didn’t stick around know, and even the people who don’t know still know my pronouns. You’re going to have to aim for either friends or people who don’t know, but you just need SOMEONE who acknowledges you . It doesn’t make you any less valid if you don’t, validity is not based on the perception of the people around you.
If you anon, or anyone else reading this needs any advice or anyone to talk to, my messages are always open.

(Favorite LGBT celebrity) I’m not sure. I don’t exclusively follow celebrities or youtubers :T and I’m not certain the orientation of anyone I do follow.
(Experienced homophobia/transphobia?) Yes, from my parents, slights from ignorant friends, surprisingly, only one person from school ever. My ‘best friend’ attempted to groom me for 4 years straight, until he finally gave up, decided to be a nazi and dropped out of school :/

(How do you identify?) As a very small transgender man.
(When did you start questioning?) Grade 8, took me to grade 10 to figure it out.
(Favorite LGBT media) I’m not very up to date with…media.. I kind of live under a rock.

The first anime convention I’d ever been to my sister bought me a pin with my pronouns on it. I also made me and my friend pride bracelets. That’s about it.

My mother and sister expected me to be a small ol’ lesbo. No one was expecting the gender route, though for some reason. I had been pretty neutral on gender (and everything, really) growing up.

There will always be a bump, don’t ever expect or aim for your binder to make your chest completely flat, along with being unsafe it’s also unnatural, it’s still a chest, not a sheet of paper.
