Finding Out the Status of My Order

 

If you have a Ring Account

  • Click here to go to Ring's Order History page.
  • Log into your ring account using the same email and password that you use to log into the Ring app. 
  • If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option. 
  • Depending upon your account settings you may be asked to verify your account by getting a code from your email or a text message. 

If you don't have a Ring Account

  • If you don't have a Ring account, please access your order status information through your Order Confirmation email, by clicking on the link 'View Your Order.'
