Print and complete the application form – leave the NIHIL OBSTAT and ADDRESS FOR MAILING THE PARCHMENT sections blank
Post the completed form to the Ossory Diocesan Office, James’s Street, Kilkenny, R95 NH60, with a letter of recommendation from your parish priest
It takes approximately one month from the day the Diocesan Office receives the form until the day the parchment is delivered
Payment is made upon delivery of the parchment. The final cost is dependent upon postal charges/options and ranges from 30 to 50 euro

The Apostolic Blessing is only granted for the following occasions:

Baptism, First Communion or Confirmation
Catholic Marriage
Ordination
Religious Profession
Secular Consecration
Catholic Marriage, Ordination or Religious Profession Anniversaries
Birthdays
Catholic Individuals or Families
