For over three months, people in Belarus have been fighting against the authoritarian regime.
In 26 years, dictator Lukashenko has built a system aimed at suppressing any political life. The coronavirus and a number of economic problems have greatly changed what is happening in the country. In a few months, Belarusians have learned to self-organize. The presidential elections provoked a wave of the largest protest in the country’s history! But the tyrant does not want to give up his throne. At least 5 people were killed (some died under strange circumstances). Thousands of people were beaten and disabled by the violence of the police. More than 15 thousand have been detained and sentenced on administrative cases. More than 500 criminal cases have been initiated. At least 200 people are awaiting trial in the pre-trial detention center (including at least four

As we’ve seen during the Covid-19 pandemic, the State takes advantage of the situation with (offline and online) monitoring, controlled by police and also through technological devices, for example CCTV, smart phones, etc. Their reasons for this situation are, as we know very well, is in the name of public safety, which is an illusion repeated over and over.
We are faced with a situation that is uncertain, we do not know when the pandemic will end and at the same time the State is intensifying its control technology, on which the use is augmented and enhanced, CCTV for example. At the start of the pandemic we found that surveillance of urban space with CCTV increased and active police-army patrols as well. This situation makes the resistance movement decrease, we are “required” to stay put, to isolate oneself. But is this any logical reason not to follow up with the rebels on the streets? We are sure and our answer is no.
We refuse to be passive in the midst of the control and seizure of living space by the State, government and police. However, due to this pandemic and the situation of contamination, we must seek a gap – without meaning to be arrogant – and to simultaneously maintain the health of oneself and with shared affinity and continue the rebellion (albeit minimal and inadequate). We believe it can be done. Because of this attitude, on November 13 on one of the roads of Pontianak city, we sabotaged the CCTV and take responsible for this action.
And lastly, we are in solidarity with fellow Italian anarchists in Operation Scripta Manent, Panico, Prometo, Ritrovo, Lince, Renata, Bialystok, Scintilla, who were repressed by the public prosecutor and Brenner Court. And for fellow Belarusian anarchists, and to Monica and Francisco, also to Gabriel Pombo, also to Tanggerang and Makassar fellow anarchists, and for all imprisoned anarchists all over the world. Our attacks are dedicated to you, without terms and conditions.

Sebagaimana yang kita amati di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, negara memanfaatkan situasi tersebut dengan pemantauan (offline dan online) terkontrol dengan aparat polisi dan juga melalui perangkat teknologi, misalnya cctv, ponsel pintar, dll. Alasan mereka atas situasi ini kita tahu betul ialah atasnama keamanan masyarakat, ilusi yang berulang-ulang.
Kita dihadapi dengan situasi yang tidak pasti kapan akan berakhirnya pandemi ini dan disisi yang sama bahwa negara memasifkan pengontrolan teknologi, dimana penggunaan ini ditambah dan ditingkatkan, cctv misalnya. Di awal pandemi kami mendapati bahwa pengawasan ruang kota dengan cctv bertambah dan patroli polisi-tentara yang aktif. Situasi ini membuat gerakan perlawanan menjadi menurun, dimana kita “mengharuskan” untuk tetap diam di tempat, mengasingkan diri sendiri. Namun apakah ini alasan yang logis untuk tidak melanjuti pemberontak di jalanan? Kami yakin dan jawaban kami adalah tidak.
Kami menolak untuk menjadi pasif ditengah-tengah pengontrolan dan perampasan ruang hidup oleh negara, pemerintah dan polisi. Namun dikarenakan situasi pandemi dan pengontoral ini kita harus mencari celah–tanpa bermaksud sombong– dan secara bersamaan untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan diri sendiri maupun bersama afinitas (meskipun minimal dan tidak memadai) dan melanjutkan pemberontakan. Kami yakin ini bisa dilakukan. Karena sikap inilah, pada tanggal 13 November di salah satu ruas jalan kota Pontianak, kami menyabotase perangkat cctv dan kami bertanggung jawab atas tindakan ini.
Dan sisi lain, kami bersolidaritas dengan rekan-rekan anarkis Italia dalam Operasi Scripta Manent, Panico, Prometo, Ritrovo, Lince, Renata, Bialystok, Scintilla, yang di represif oleh jaksa penuntut umum dan pengadilan Brenner. Dan juga untuk rekan-rekan anarkis Belarusia, juga kepada Monica dan Francisco, juga kepada Gabriel Pombo, juga kepada rekan-rekan anarkis Tanggerang dan Makassar, dan untuk semua tahanan anarkis seluruh dunia. On Thursday, November 12th, the judge of the Appeals Court in Brussels made its decision public concerning the case against anarchists accused of criminal association and various crimes;
2 persons got 10 months of probation (during 5 years)
1 person got 8 months of probation (during 5 years)
1 person got 6 months of probation (during 3 years)
5 persons got a suspension of sentencing (during 3 years)
1 person got acquitted
(2 persons got acquitted in first instance and were not part of the appeal)
People also got sentenced to paying fines and a part of the investigative and juridical costs, but the state will have to pay the bill for the phone taps (by far the biggest amount).
(A suspension of sentencing means the judge finds you guilty and doesn’t set a sentence, but leaves this up to the next judge if you get caught in a certain period of time for a similar crime – not very different from probation).

Cuéntanos, qué repercusiones han tenido tus contribuciones en la galaxia anarquista, y cómo ves la acogida y/o rechazo –dependiendo de los sectores– a las reflexiones que haces, particularmente sobre la participación de lxs individuxs y grupos anárquicos en movimientos populares y luchas intermedias, tal como lo expresas en la trilogía Cartas a un/a chileno/a sobre la situación actual (I, II, III), sincronizado con los conflictos sociales de esta región, iniciados el 18 octubre del 2019 hasta antes del confinamiento por el Covid-19. ¿Crees que es importante nuestra participación en los movimientos populares y en el desarrollo de las luchas intermedias?
G.R. Desconozco si mis aportaciones han tenido algún tipo de “repercusión” en la galaxia anárquica y, mentiría si comento sobre la posible acogida o el rechazo de estas reflexiones. Es innegable que circulan y se difunden, lo que puede sugerir la existencia de un pequeñísimo “círculo receptor” pero, es imposible conocer el grado de aceptación o rechazo que tienen. Lo cierto, es que no estoy interesado en persuadir a nadie. Dentro de las limitaciones teóricas y, desde mi formación autodidacta y antidisciplinaria, he tratado de plasmar algunas reflexiones abriendo interrogantes. Es decir, me abstengo de dar respuestas. Hago hincapié en nuestras carencias y debilidades, con el propósito de estimular la reflexión de todas y todos los compañeros afines. Pero, cuando insisto en incitar la “reflexión”, no me refiero a profundizar en nuestras cavilaciones ni a entregarnos a la meditación abstracta ni a abonar nuevas páginas a la filosofía ni nada por el estilo. Se trata de “ver”. Es decir, abrir los ojos y echar un vistazo a lo que nos rodea. Algo que el animal humano ha dejado de hacer desde hace mucho tiempo en su afán de distanciarse de los demás animales en busca de un “propósito de vida”; lo que le ha llevado a crear en el inconsciente colectivo (con todas las implicaciones fascistas del término junguiano) el “mundo feliz” de Ciudad Esmeralda –la mágica tierra del Mago de Oz(1)– y a hacer obligatorio el uso de gafas verdes, para que los ilusos crean que todo lo que les rodea son esmeraldas. On the 12th of November anarchist revolutionary from Gomel, Dzmitry Rezanovich will become 31. And he is meeting his birthday in prison.
Dima is an active participant of the anarchist movement in Belarus. In 2014 he joined the revolution on barricades of Maidan in Ukraine. Soon after this he crossed the Ukrainian-Russian border by train using his brothers passport, so he was detained on the railway station in Kursk (Russian Federation) and was passed into the hands of FSB. In Russia Dima spent 4 months in the deportation center in Kursk. There he participated in the 4-days long hunger strike against conditions of imprisonment. The struggle end up successfully so locked up people got the right to take shower every day and have home food from their friends and families. Dima refused to serve in the military of Belarus: “It is not interesting for me to serve in the military of Belarus. This army can be forced to serve against people, as I have noticed a lot of times. It’s better to accept prison for 2 years than go to army”. At the moment Dima is a hostage of the KGB together with 3 other anarchists. They were detained near the Belarus-Ukrainian border on the night of October 29. They were charged under part 3 of article 289 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (act of terrorism committed by an organized group) and article 295 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (illegal arms trafficing). Dima is refusing to testify.
We are calling for solidarity actions with rebel Dima Rezanovich! Let’s make actions during all this week.

LEAVING COVERED TRACKS BEHIND (EDITORIAL)
Once a again darkness soaks a new day. I open my eyes and see the past years in fast motion: the jungle with its trees, its undergrowths and its branches which scratched my legs. These one liana which dangled not far from me while i was lost sitting on the ground. I remember like it was yesterday how I reached for it, straightened myself up and took heart again. There was wide green, high rocks, dark caves and deep canyons long after I blazed myself a trail out of the covert. All of a sudden I stepped in front of a gigantic waterfall with its tempting song of deadly maelstrom. Vainly it tried to attracted me from the waterside to ruin me. I walked on. Today the sky is cloudless and it seems to become a good day. I rub the sleep out of my eyes, listen shortly to the busy stillness and then get up from my way too soft mattress. My feet are hurting, they got sore from the long marches through the mist. But it is a good pain because it tells me that I left tracks behind. La pandémie de COVID-19 fait partie du monde/prison technologique connu sous le nom de Quatrième révolution industrielle. Les confinements et les lois instituant la quarantaine sont conçues pour intimider les gens et les pousser à l’obéissance.

In the night of November 6th we blew up the mailbox of the local Defence Department of the Thales Group, the 8th largest armaments company in the world, at Binzstrasse 18 in Zurich. With our action we join the manifold activities around the internationalist week of action against Turkish fascism and its European sponsors.
Thales, and with it the French state as the main shareholder, plays a central role in the modernization efforts of the Turkish arms industry. Strategically invested in Turkey for more than 25 years, Thales has made a decisive contribution to various projects aimed at supporting the Turkish army in its numerous wars of aggression. To this end, Thales works closely with the largest Turkish defense companies, such as Aselsan in the development and production of rocket launcher systems and infantry helmet cameras, or TAI for the Göktürk satellite system. The Djab Wurrung people of so-called Victoria, Australia are calling on our comrades across the world to stage actions, occupations and demonstrations at Australian embassies and consulates, in solidarity with First Nations people’s continued resistance of the white supremacist colonial project known as Australia, and more specifically in retaliation for the recent acts of cultural genocide committed by the state of Victoria.
For over two years Djab Wurrung people have maintained a camp resisting the extension of a main arterial highway between two capital cities. The highway extension will slice through the heart of Djab Wurrung country and will take with it 700 year old trees sacred to the Djab Wurrung people. Trees grown from the placentas of their ancestors. The highway will save drivers 2 minutes.
On Monday 26th of October MRPV (Major Roads Projects Victoria) and Victoria Police staged an operation to evict all camps of the Djab Wurrung Embassy. By the middle of the day they had cut down the sacred marker tree known as the Directions Tree.
The next morning they drove the tree past top camp where people had gathered to resist the impending eviction. After shutting down the Western Highway with roadblocks and 100 cops from PORT and other departments, supplemented by Corsec security, they proceeded to evict us from the last hold we had.

”The mass pickets and protests against the curfew and the increase in restrictive measures to stop the coronavirus pandemic have resulted yesterday night with dozens of people arrested and police officers injured in cities such as Barcelona, Burgos , Sevilla, Bilbao, Santander. etc.
The most serious incidents took place in Barcelona, where 14 people were arrested -two of them minors- and 30 were injured -20 Mossos d’Esquadra agents, three urban guards and seven citizens-, in the clashes that took place in the center of Barcelona at the end of a demonstration against the new restrictions of the Generalitat. As mentioned in the article “Some concrete elements on the searches of Berlin and Athens for a criminal association case” (https://kontrapolis.info/586, in german), a GPS tracker and a listening device were found in a vehicle shortly before the searches.
Unfortunately, the cops prevented a quick publication, and this must now be made up for.
These devices were obviously installed by the federal criminal police (BKA) in order to retrieve information on the persons accused in the present “criminal association” proceedings. In general, it is very important not to keep such things to oneself, but to reveal these occult methods.
According to what is currently known, the GPS tracker was installed in august 2019 and the listening device intended for “internal surveillance of a vehicle” during or after september 2019.
The two devices were installed separately, each in one of the front seat headrests.

On 5th of November a fire destroyed five patrol cars of the Federal Police and two private cars of the Bundespolizei Station at Tegel Airport. This is the claim:

In Hamburg today, the trial against the three comrades accused of the planned arson (parkbanksolidarity.blackblogs.org) is to end with a verdict. For now almost 15 months two of them are kept in jail and one in supervised “freedom” in hostage- custody of the state. Hostages for the authorities’ enduring belief that by making an example of the few, they can achieve the education of all. In this respect, we too see ourselves in the dock with our comrades in Hamburg, and while the court and public prosecutor’s office were still sleeping the sleep of the self-righteous, we have put our complicity into action.
Defending Militant Practice
When the handcuffs clicked last July, the cops still believed they had finally landed a relevant blow against the militant groups in Hamburg and perhaps even beyond. They were so sure of this that they wanted to share their joy and their files with the press immediately. In the meantime, however, it has become quite quiet on the side of our enemies in this respect, which is probably not least due to the fact that they were once again unable to maintain their initial sovereignty of interpretation even before their own court. However, we do not want to deal with the legal level here – without downplaying the work done there – we would also lack the necessary insight. Instead, we want to talk about why our demands for solidarity – apart from essential things like emotional, social and financial support for those affected – also include carrying out direct actions.
