To re-paint exterior of 1930's weatherboard California bungalow style house. Plus 1980's two storey extension at rear with newly added ground floor roofed verandah. Also Colorbond roof requires painting. On some paint surfaces, particularly west and north facing, paint is chipped and eroded and will require some sanding back. Would prefer someone to come to view to discuss job and quote.

My mum's has a property but legally only 1/3 is under her name. She only use the other 2 names to get a loan. The other 2 person is her son and daughter. She wants to make a Will that when she passed the whole property will be divided into 6 equal shares. What is the most cost effective ways to do this

We have a narrow gap in between garage and the fence, which has flooding potential during rainy season. We’d like to set up a draining system (agi pipe or similar) so water will not get trapped in the gap.
