yes!!! i thought phalloplasty was the only bottom surgery option for a looong time and the prevalence of only one kind of information does such a disservice to the wonderful results of simple release & metoidioplasty

so informative! ive been on t for over a year and even i learned something from this 🙈 i am curious tho abt ur progressive growth diagram on page 1 tho—doesnt growth happen mostly within the first month, meaning it wouldnt take 1.5y to reach that size & shape?

i started off on a low dose and gradually increased-- bc those drawings were based on myself, it took me ~2 yrs to reach my max. my bf's been on an typical dose for ~2 mo's now and i doubt he's even at half of his max, so majority of growth happening in 1st month isn't accurate
