A video of an absentee ballot that was mailed to an address in New York City made the rounds this week after allegations were made that the ballot was pre-marked. The ballot was not pre-marked, but was rather filled out by a New York voter who mailed their ballot from California but put it in the wrong envelope so that it was sent back to their previously listed address in Queens, NY, the AP reports.
