    I was the Brigade Commander at Poonch a decade ago. The trans LoC trade & bus service was on. I've met some matured elders from POK who said they were impressed by development on our side of LoC. One said they were told you couldn't give Azan in mosque here, but found it baseless

    While used for terrorism activities,J&K continues its development journey inspite of sponsored turmoil since 1990. With 4airports,several universities, proper railway infrastructure, highway,tunnels,bridges&hospitals, left far behind👇

    Not at all...! Army men are & should remain apolitical. It does not affect them adversely in discharging their duties. On the contrary, it strengthens their hands in performing their duty for the country, whichever be the govt. An apolitical army is India's biggest asset 🇮🇳

    He was a great General, competent professional, compassionate man & a yaaron ka yaar. Lt Gen Ravi Thodge, PVSM, AVSM,SM,VSM passed away yesterday. We were Commando instructors together as Capts, later did HC course & I served under him when he was MGO. Will miss you Sir. RIP

    Soldier's loss is always mourned. I did too when Nk Rajwinder laid down his life. It became very personal when my ex ADC messaged me that Rajwinder was a part of my guard in I used to pull his leg "Oye photo changi khinchin" He was fond of photography. RIP Brother
