    A govt panel has recommended that each farmer in India gets Rs 5000 per year in bank account as fertiliser subsidy. If the govt accepts this reco, the total annual govt --> farmer cash transfer will be Rs 11000 per year, including Rs 6k for income support (PMKISAN).
