Dr. Conley says Trump has met or exceeded all of Walter Reed's patient discharge criteria. Trump is not fully "out of the woods yet," he adds, but "the team and I...support the president's safe return home."
Dr. Conley says he can’t disclose whether there has been damage to the president’s lungs, citing HIPAA restrictions.
Trump has had three doses of Remdesivir, and will have a 4th dose today at Walter Reed and a 5th dose tomorrow at the WH.

President Trump spent part of the day Sunday calling supporters and political allies, according to a source familiar with one call. He was in good spirits, sounded normal and talked about getting out of the hospital as soon as tomorrow, source said.
Dr. Sean Dooley, another physician on the president's treatment team: "the patient continues to improve. He remains without fever since Friday morning."

The White House needs to clarify the timeline ASAP. If, based on the timeline provided by Dr. Conley, the president was symptomatic on Thursday and had tested positive for COVID-19 72 hours ago and yet carried on with his normal schedule, that would be shocking.
