We support families with their everyday lives providing practical advice and support to overcome problems and build up their ability to cope during difficult times. That means listening to families, understanding them and supporting them to make decisions to have a happy healthy life.
The Information and Business Support Officers play a key role in supporting service users and the Family Support Team. They are the first point of contact for the team, providing information to families and professionals alike, whilst also delivering the administrative, finance and triage functions in the team.
