November 2020: Non-fiction Previews

This month's feature marks 20 years since I first began previewing non-fiction for The Bookseller. Looking back at the books I covered in the issue of 11th August 2000, from Carried Away by Rachel Bowlby (“a witty but serious examination of shopping and female psychology”), to Tom Cunliffe’s Good Vibrations (“the author and his wife embark on the journey of a lifetime across America on a Harley Davidson”), the list of authors isn’t exactly diverse.
