Our Govts are addicted to high cost housing because up to 40 % of a house/land package is made up of Govt taxes and charges. Note also that 457 visa now repealed along with serious reductions in social services. Our Govt is getting ready for huge unemployment when the housing bubble pops. Also the debt money creation system can longer create exponential debt now, to pay for the debt of yesterday.Everything is now leveraged to the hilt with easy debt seduction. The Central bankers are pulling the pin with higher rates and reducing QE.
