Downward case numbers 'reason for hope'; Minister announces $32m mental health boost
Premier Daniel Andrews said he's encouraged by the continuing downward trend in new cases but warned against complacency. 'There is good cause for people to be hopeful about the future,' he said. Victoria recorded 282 new cases overnight and sadly, 25 more deaths.
