Good mood about Melbourne in general and what we’ve done. Bad mood about those who haven’t helped and have gone out of their way to destroy our achievements today and every day (LNP at both levels, and Tudge)

  3. If you're in Melbourne *right this minute right now* are you in a good mood or a bad mood? Genuine question. No judgement either way. What's the vibe?

I’ve started a habit at the supermarket where I take a herald sun and move it to the toilet paper row where it belongs. I recommend it - I find it great for my mental health 😝😂

Hahaha look at their headline story right now. That's their framing, today, of all days. I think it's fine to take pleasure in how miserable these pricks are going to be now that lots of us have stopped dying.

And so the 100+ day run of Sydney having better nightlife than Melbourne comes to an end.

Here’s something I think a lot of people from outside Vic don’t understand: We don’t have Stockholm Syndrome but having 700+ cases a day was scary and we didn’t want to live with that. That’s why people have supported lockdown. And now we have 2 cases.

As my Grandma used to say "The load is lighter if we all lift together". Lots of people out here feeling bad but still have time to reach out to others and care. ❤️

The miserable, whining Shadow of Darkness would also like you to kick orphans in the face and cancel the kitchen scraps for the homeless. Victoria has pulled off a feat nobody in the world has statistically achieved, and he's still dragging people's mental health into the dark.

Can I just say this, and a crazy volume of similar messages the last month or so, has *really* helped me, too. So thank YOU so much. It's been insanely comforting to have so many lovely people to talk as we got through this awful period.

And I'm so looking forward to seeing family and friends, even if in groups of ten in a park within 25km. Don't get me started on the idea of sitting in a cafe for a flat white! Thank you Victorians! Thanks 3/3

My sister who lives in a house with several other people with disabilities can have a trip to the mountains for a bonfire now. First time they’ll have left the house as a group for more than a walk up the road since March. I cried. Best ep

My neighbours next door just whooped - so we whooped back. Then we were whooping back and forth for a bit. This is a great day Melbourne. A really great day.
