    Love the idea of renaming London’s cycleways after great cyclists. (CS3 to the Olympic velodrome to become Sir Chris Hoy Cycleway, anyone?)

    Got it. The victims were at fault.

    There are significant balancing requirements to make note of here, which were that senior civil servants did not do their jobs didn't just erupt, there were problems that were forcing her to the point where she simply couldn't get the job done.

    This is next level fuckwittery.

    Having stolen £20k from taxpayers, by destroying a camera and cables on 12 November, criminals have been back on Murray Grove destroying counters. Militant anti-Low Traffic Neighbourhood opponents don't want to know how LTNs function. That's why they keep destroying the evidence.

    This doesn't strike me as reasonable. Halving the 4 trains per hour Basildon/Southend main line service makes perfect sense, but reducing the Chafford Hundred and Rainham branches to hourly service is going to hit shift workers hard.

    These are drastic reductions. 8 trains normally depart Fenchurch Street an hour off-peak. Some stations now getting hourly service.

    introducing reduced timetable from Nov 23 due to impact of on staff numbers.

    Which is why the government is going to allow it even if "the science" suggests otherwise. No law can stop people being people.

    Just been on Oxford Street asking people about Xmas lockdown. Main takeaway is that people say they’re going to see their families regardless of what the govt say they can and can’t do. More on at 7pm
