Hi there, I have 3 properties in Kilburn that have just been finished. They have been designed to have 6 rooms closed in post build including the following: - 3 rooms need 2-3 metres of wall constructed and solid doors put in (those rooms have a wall from the ceiling down to about 45cms) - 3 rooms need solid doors put in and some wall from the ceiling down to the top of the door - Insulation needed in the wall cavity - Walls and doors need to be painted and finished properly as per the rest of the house I am ready to go ahead with this job and have attached some photos to make what's needed easier to understand. The ceilings are 2.7m but you can see in the photo the bedrooms already have a partial wall from the ceiling. The doors used are solid and will have remote access locks installed by a locksmith. Cables are already in the walls so they can be connected once the walls and doors have been built. You would need to make sure everything is in the right place for these locks to function perfectly once all jobs are complete. My budget is $10k including GST all up (not including the lock installation. Cheers, Ben

Hi Ive got the kitchen fitted and Ive got a plumber electrician coming to fit the appliances I just need the countertop installed I havent ordered one yet so anyone that supplies kitchen countertops Im very interested please contact me immediately Ive been quoted already but Id like to know what you guys are offering

just need the replacement driver side door in white ,does not have to be new just in good condition no dents or bad scratches with side mirror of course , no damage to the door cavity ,replacement will bolt straight on.
