What We Do

WordSesh is an event created to help inform and educate WordPress professionals. Its entire purpose is to help others to be better at what they do. To that end, we seek and feature presentations from WordPress experts with a passion for teaching others. This platform is further supported by excellent and prompt customer service.

Refund Policy

Should you encounter technical difficulties while attending or watching a session we will do our best to help you watch them. If you are unable to watch our videos a prompt, full refund will be provided. Recordings of our sessions are available immediately after the live broadcast so that you can never “miss” a session. If you find the event to be different from what you were expecting, we are happy to provide a full refund.

All presentation materials are copyright their respective owners unless otherwise noted. It is unlawful (and downright rude) to distribute materials without permission. Don’t do that. You are, however, welcome to use and share stills, slides, and text for the express purpose of promoting WordSesh, WPSessions, our speakers, and what you’ve learned – provided that you include proper attribution (all in the spirit of open source).

Site Usage Terms

A user account is required to access all presentations. You can register as a member during the checkout process.

All services provided by rzen Media, LLC may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Should you violate the Terms of Service outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

Limitation of Liability

The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless rzen Media, LLC from any claims resulting from the use of services which damage the subscriber or any other party. rzen Media, LLC shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from rzen Media, LLC’s servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, rzen Media, LLC shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from instruction provided in any of the offered products or services.

Violations

Violations of these policies should be referred to brian @ wpsessions.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer

rzen Media, LLC cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. Moreover, rzen Media, LLC holds no responsibility for any of our clients’ activities. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions may result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question.
