Rates are charged hourly.

• commercial/private (non-catered) events: $34.50 per hour
• community or not for profit organisations: $6.70 per hour.

• As this room's temperature is the same as outside, please consider this when booking.
• This room does not have chairs or tables. It is not suitable for meetings or workshops where chairs or tables are required
• As this room has synthetic grass flooring, the Terrace is not suitable for catered events. 
• The Terrace is available for bookings between 7am and 11pm daily.
• After hours bookings require an induction to be completed prior to your booking. 
• There is no technical support provided during bookings. 
• The hirer is responsible for the set up and pack down of the venue.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
• Venue hire is limited to 10 hours per week or 15 hours per calendar month.
• Payment is only accepted by debit/credit card and can be paid through the online bookings portal.
• The venue is not available for hire on public holidays. 
• Please read through the terms and conditions.
