In year 7 all students must be vaccinated for Gardasil (human papillomavirus, or HPV) and Boostrix (diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough). Those in year 10 are also eligible for the free meningococcal ACWY vaccine, with consent.
If your child is in another year level at secondary school and has missed their vaccinations, or was absent on the planned vaccination day at school, please contact us via immunisation@melbourne.vic.gov.au or call 9658 9658.

If you require a letter confirming your child’s secondary school vaccination records for the above schools, please contact us via immunisation@melbourne.vic.gov.au. Requests may take up to 10 business days.
