                    Seasonal street trading

People at a temporary market stall
Seasonal street trading is any short-term or temporary selling activity in the public place using temporary infrastructure to be removed at the end of trade each day. You need to apply for a permit to conduct any street trading.

Permit holders provide their own infrastructure and equipment. The permit is issued seasonally (summer, winter, spring, autumn) for up to three months to enable a variety of street activities throughout the year.

Applying for a seasonal street trading permit

To apply for a seasonal street trading permit, complete the application form. Please read the seasonal street trading fact sheet and key selection criteria before completing the form.

Applications must be submitted before the closing date for each season. Only one application form may be submitted for each season.  Applications submitted after the closing date and/or incomplete will not be accepted.
