It is a requirement of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide you with an information notice to allow you to become familiar with our fees, status and cancellation charges.

We are acting as a credit broker for the purpose of arranging your selected finance contract. We have a commercial relationship with a carefully selected panel of lenders from whom we may receive a commission. We do not charge you a fee for our credit broking services however we do charge a vehicle sourcing fee of £216 including VAT which is payable at the point of order, only once your application for finance has been approved. This can be paid by debit card, credit card or BACS.

Regulated clients can cancel for any reasonably agreed cause. However if the reason given is spurious or vague we reserve the right to retain the vehicle sourcing fee to cover our costs. Where an unregulated client wishes to cancel their order, depending upon circumstances, such as a change in business requirements the client will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid but may be eligible for a credit note against future orders up to a maximum of six months from the point of cancellation. Clients should contact the company directly to discuss their position as individual circumstances are taken into account.

Where a refund is agreed it will be paid back in a timely manner, utilising the same method by which it was collected.
