During times of uncertainty, it's more important than ever to *verify* the information you're seeing, and to pause and check your sources before sharing on social media. But misinformation is nothing new; as #SinglePayer advocates, we know *all about* misinformation. When it comes to #MedicareForAll, one of the most egregious offenders is the Partnership for America's Health Care Future, a corporate-funding lobbying group that is committed to protecting health industry profits. The Partnership cloaks itself in stock footage and fuzzy philanthropic generalities, but traffics in lies and distortions about single payer...and spends millions of dollars to push its fraudulent message on social media. So please be on the lookout! Don't share their misleading materials, and call out the Partnership's profiteering if you see your friends doing so. And then, kindly point anybody who's curious about single-payer reform to pnhp.org.
