Fees
The following rates apply to bookings as of 1 July 2018:
- commercial organisations: $55.35 per hour
- community/not-for-profit organisations: $11.30 per hour.
A bond of $300 applies to all hires.
After hours staffing and weekend cleaning fees may apply to large bookings.

Up to 15 people
Eligibility
Community groups, schools, businesses and individuals can hire the space for social events and activities.
Facility hours
The venue is available to hire at the following times:
- Sunday to Thursday: 9am to 10pm
- Friday and Saturday: 9am to 11pm.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
