    Not exactly. In the PILs on and , you asked for a COMPLETE BAN using the Prevention Of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960. But you are not willing to challenge section 28 of the same act because you are too spineless to go after EID slaughter.

    Courts can uphold law, not create laws. For jallikattu & kambala too, we seek enforcement of India’s laws which ban causing animals unnecessary suffering. PETA India was in court seeking enforcement of transport/slaughter law: (16/28)

    Bakri-Eid is less than a week away and has gone in a secular coma, after writing to ‘police chiefs’ to stop ‘illegal transportation’. Not ONE word about slaughter. Not one hoarding that mentions EID. They will b back on Janmashtami to tell Hindus to stop eating butter!

    में एक पत्रकार को गुंडों ने सरेआम उसके बच्चों के सामने गोली मार दी। पत्रकार ने गुंडों के खिलाफ छेड़छाड़ की रिपोर्ट लिखाई थी।यूपी पुलिस ने रिपोर्ट पर कार्रवाई नहीं , जी उम्मीद है इन गुंडों को न भूलने वाला सबक सिखाया जाएगा। . @SspGhaziabad.
