    Sorry, but I’m a conscientious objector to tonight’s mega event. I will not be joining as I do not approve of politicians or the state dictating behaviour choices. I want politicians to instead work on their primary duties of providing healthcare & smart government

    State of "neutral" political analysts. The good doc feels sorry that the Pak CJI said something about India! How can anyone rationalize this sentiment other than suspect talking points from Prashant Kishore. And if this is indeed from PK, he is super-overpaid.

    Folks like and his cohorts love to talk against divisive politics but do weak tea at best about the virulent anti-Hindu/anti-Brahmin campaign of the DMK/DK and related parties in Tamil Nadu. The Congress in TN is a ambles along too.

    It is good that a political campaign that focused on Governance issues trumped one that was divisive.

    Great e.g. of concern for minorities-as long as they are not Hindu. The good doc here talks of "they" & "them" but only in the context of their "sadly" not having learnt from their suffering. Shame on "them", apparently. Wonder how vocal he was about "their" sufferings.

    They were at the receiving end of hate politics in TN for decades. That should have taught them empathy. Sadly it seems to have taught them bigotry.

    The whole world should know what the TN Communist party espouses-other than pawning their party to the likes of DMK for Rs.25Crore. They spew venom against Hindus & Brahmins - this party, philosophy must be destroyed. - please counter this poison.

    All of us should question why there is so little faith in the "law taking its course" that students are celebrating this. Indian Judiciary should reflect why it takes years and years before justice is delivered (=denied many times). Less hand-wringing & moaning, more action.

    Yes, innocent till proven guilty; due process etc. But try telling that to the victim's family - waiting through years of grinding through the legal system. So, unless justice can be delivered faster, let's resign ourselves to some form of Wild West justice.
