President Trump Tweeted on Monday a photo of himself wearing a mask saying “many people say that it is Patriotic to wear a face mask when you can’t socially distance.” His endorsement comes more than three months after the CDC recommended people wear masks in public. Trump also said on Monday he would resume the pandemic briefings that he called off in April.

The suit also includes previous rape allegations against former host Ed Henry, who was fired from the network on July 1.

On Sunday, a gunman reportedly posing as a FedEx employee shot and killed Salas’ 20-year-old son at their home in North Brunswick, New Jersey, according to officials. Her husband, Mark Anderl, was also shot and wounded but the judge herself was not injured.
