Fully in solidarity with , Anand Grover and the Lawyers' Collective who have always stood up and fought for civil liberties and constitutionalism. This McCarthyist harassment must stop. And now.

Over 2010-2014 Indians contributed "35 per cent of all articles in fake journals". Rampant misconduct and plagiarism are open secrets in Indian science. A misguided policy to boost the number of Indian PhDs is partly to blame. Some fixes may be on the way.

Total abolition seems harsh. To keep homeopaths happy, funding should just be reduced by a factor of 100 every month in perpetuity.

After years covering Delhi Metro, was fascinated to see this graph on the Beijing Metro ridership figures from 1973-2018. The graph starts to climb around the 2008 Olympics, and today roughly 13 million people ride the subway daily in Beijing.

No my point is that there is a clear explanation and it isn't "missing". Plus as points out, in previous election years, the same happened, just that the gap has grown.

I have reported this tweet for promoting hate against a religious community. Do your bit too. Let's see whether Twitter acts or not. Let's start documenting such instances if Twitter does not. Enough is enough.

Very important thread 👇🏾 Spent a considerable amount of time last year tracing footnotes in the Niti Aayog report which references 27 media reports, blog posts, Twitter, a self-study website to crack the IAS, and an Israeli magazine. Only 9 of 94 footnotes refer to govt sources.
