    In pics- Locals at Sakidafar Chowk in Downtown Srinagar being fined on Friday by police for not wearing face masks. Srinagar is now the worst affected district in J&K with 2,345 cases and 55 deaths. J&K in total has recorded over 12000 cases and 222 deaths.

    How convenient! 5th Aug 2019 was justified saying it would end terrorism/militancy in Kashmir & the continued ban on 4G is justified saying violence in Kashmir is increasing. So which is it, increasing or ending?
