About the hub
Community Hub at The Dock is located next to Library at The Dock and Buluk Park, on the corner of Collins and Bourke streets in Docklands.
The building features a community boating hub on the ground floor, home to the Docklands Yacht Club,
Dragon Boat
Victoria and the
Melbourne Outrigger Canoe club and on the second floor
maternal and child health and other family services including playgroups, parenting information groups, monthly immunisation sessions and family support and counselling. A large
multipurpose room suitable for community workshops and health and wellbeing activities is also available.
The family services centre on the second floor includes:
- four consulting rooms
- a playgroup room
- a large terrace playground
- group program room.
The services include:
