                    Group fitness timetable

                    Group fitness classes are a motivating way to keep fit and healthy.

                    Check out the timetable for all current group fitness classes (including virtual classes) at Melbourne City Baths.

This class is exclusively for prime members.

                    Our yoga classes combine posture, breathing and relaxation techniques from a number of yoga disciplines to rejuvenate your body’s functions. Yoga can aid the circulatory and nervous systems as well as increase your flexibility. No prior yoga experience is required.

                    Duration: 30 minutes

                    Our circuit style classes combine upper body, lower body and core strength exercises with high intensity cardio exercises to boost your heart rate. In this circuit, the exercises are prescribed with 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. Our gym trainers welcome all fitness levels and tailor the class to suit individual needs.

                    This mat-based class targets abdominal, back and shoulder areas to improve stability. It also strengthens pelvic floor and core muscles. Beginners through to advanced participants are catered for. We recommend you attend five of these sessions before trying reformer pilates classes.
