The following fee schedules represent the fees and charges presented to Council at the date of its annual budget meeting. Council may alter any of the fees and charges by resolution at any time before the next Budget resolution.
The Governor in Council made new planning and subdivision fee regulations on 27 September 2016. The new fees apply from 13 October 2016.
The other fees and charges have been set by reference to existing GST legislation and in accordance with Australian Tax Office rulings. Council reserves the right to alter the GST status of any fee or charge in accordance with any changes to GST legislation and to Australian Tax Office rulings.
