I also edit the raceAhead newsletter centered on culture and diversity in corporate America. Prior to Fortune, I was a general assignment reporter at Time. My writing has appeared in the New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Newsweek, Spin, Food & Wine, Maxim, Vibe, Mic, Brooklyn Magazine, Money, Inverse, and various other publications.
