    This is the problem with absurd rules for testing ... the whole world agreed that testing testing and testing is the way to go with tia diesease but Delhi seems to be reducing and reducing and banning testing across the board for politics ... it’s unacceptable ..

    This graph says it all. Testing in Delhi has gone down by half in the last 10 days. It should have doubled.
